• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• To process your request, clear photos or videos of the product are required.
• Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
